Description
A leading medical device company is in need of a Quality Assurance Contractor, specializing in the areas of developing existing validation protocols and authoring validation protocols as well. The individual will operate in the Receiving Inspection area. This medical device company is in search of candidates that are highly specialized and experienced in acting as a team lead.The Quality Assurance Contractor's responsibilities are as follows:
- Carry out validations of existing test methods
- Develop and author test method validation protocols
- Lead and perform test method validation protocols once approved
- Act as a team leader and communication liaison
- Report on test method validation results
The Quality Assurance Contractor must meet the following qualifications:
- B.S. in engineering, science or related field
- Well developed experience with component inspections
- Well versed in testing technologies and procedural requirements
- Strong communicator and technical writer
- Solid problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Proficient in statistical technologies (Microsoft Excel, Minitab, etc.)
- Experience working within the medical device industry
