I am currently looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the QA manager with ensuring that the Quality Management Systems remains in a state of control, and in compliance with regulations and company policies.Job Description:
- Assist the Quality manager in coordinating and providing Quality Assurance support to the following Quality System elements
- Update and maintain the Corrective and Preventive Action files and periodically perform trend analysis
- Update and maintain the non-conformance report data and periodically perform trend analysis
- Provide investigational support, and file management for Complaint handling or other investigation processes
- Maintain and manage approved service supplier files and perform periodic supplier performance review
- Responsible to update and manage the Process Validation Master Plan and associated documentation
- Update and maintain sustaining product Risk Management files
- Maintain and manage Internal and external Audit files, follow-up with audit action items till closure
- Assists in internal audits and suppliers audits as issued by the Quality Manager by preparing audit check list, conducting audit, creating audit reports, and compiling data
- Participate in regulatory or customer audits, compile information upon request, present information as necessary
- Performs document review and approval of drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, procedures and policies
