You will be assisting and mentoring customers in development and customization of ATG Scenario Server, ATG Content Administration, Merchandising, ATG Business/Consumer Commerce, ATG Page Development, ATG Customer Service Centre etc
Contributing to the implementation and customisation of ATG based e-commerce solution for internal and customer based projects
This candidate will have the ability to instill customer confidence at all times by delivering a high quality service through solid technical ability, excellent communication skills and reliability through a can-do attitude.
As this is still a growing organisation, there won't always necessarily be a guide book to turn too in difficult situations. Therefore, you should feel comfortable at troubleshooting/ debugging deployment issues on site, often in scenarios where little or no documentation exists
Working at customer locations primarily across Europe will be an integral part of the role. Therefore, it is also important that the candidates are expected to meet the requirements to travel across the European Union.
