Essential

  • University Degree
  • Experience of working on Conduct - Risk in an Investment Bank.
  • Experience in supporting large scale reporting initiatives.
  • strong communication skills to communicate results clearly and effectively. Strong track record in supporting the delivery of high impact management information used at the highest level of seniority as an aid to tactical and strategic decision making.
  • Ability to analyse and understand complex problems and formulate practical solutions.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, proven ability in influencing & stakeholder management.
  • Excellent track record of working on a variety of relevant reporting roles in an analyst capacity with successful delivery of; effective stakeholder management and value add analysis/insight

Role

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Conduct Risk team supporting the Investment Banking (IB) Front Office Risk and Controls team and Chief Controls office.

The role holder will support efforts across all BAU Reporting requirements for Group and IB which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Supporting the definition and implementation of the Conduct Risk Material Assessment Reporting (CRMA) requirements.
  • Supporting the submission of the quarterly Conduct Risk Report (CRR) and incident reporting deliverables pertinent to the risk and controls agenda
  • Assisting with additional Group and IB reporting requirements which include monthly Group status reports/business readiness Matrix and in due course, KRF (Key Risk Framework) reporting.
