- Supporting customers on defining solution architecture.
- Support in defining technical requirements and specification of a new solution.
- Support in statement of work and effort estimation review.
- Support in detailed integration project planning.
- Interface to customer regarding technical issues and discussions.
- Support in technical activities and Back End support, through all delivery phases.
- Liaise with 3rd parties in trouble resolution and ensuring compliance to requirements.
- Support in test strategy and test case development.
- Support defining step by step procedure for integrating Nokia components with network components.
Solution Realization:
- Specification of customer specific developments, follow-up during development phase.
- Validate that provided solution corresponds to customer needs and to project scope, active participation to Change request management.
- Support to Validation of end to end call flows.
- Support of testing/Integration activities.
- Support to custom solution.
- Delivery of writing and maintaining system documentation.
- Trial and deployment support.
- Ongoing technical support of CSI Solutions.
- Modeling of specific scenarios for customers.
