SAP SD System Specialist, Contract in Warsaw, Poland.
12 months contract with possible ext to 24 months
- SAP SD Specialist is able to design and support the solutions and problems.
- She or he is also be a Chem SAP team member, responsible for implementation of CRs and enhancements in SD module, proposes solution across the international organization.
- They will deliver 2nd and 3rd level support and act as the contact person for queries or problems reported by business partners or other functional teams.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in SAP SD
- Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, and support applications
Main Tasks
- Performs support for the SAP SD by responding to support desk tickets, tracking problems/issues, and following up with customers.
- Performs upgrades to SAP & other internally developed business systems.
- Performs configuration, testing and implementation of application solutions according Development Standards and Practices, including SAP & other business systems.
- Assessing software solutions from the perspectives of security risk, implementing and executing the required procedures for risk analysis in software systems.
- Defining and agreeing service levels for application maintenance.
- Defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Assist in providing estimates of task effort and resource skills needed.
- Works in a global environment with strong ability to interface with colleagues and customers across different time zones and cultures.
- Supports design and delivery of changes together with other team members, partners, and business users.
- Supports the application life cycle and operational stability through professional execution of IT support processes (incident, change, problem, configuration, release, knowledge management).
- Monitors process compliance within the area of responsibility, and escalates processes-related problems to other groups responsible for IT support processes.
- Distribution of queues.
- Collaborate with IT colleagues on blueprinting new developments and entire life cycle through post implementation support.
- Interface with SAP developers to create program documents and ensure integrity of design and performance.
- Customizes: maintenance, enhancement, project and broad role.
