General Purpose
To develop, design and establish new business models which cater to the managed services industry's evolution and new trends. Optimize and improve existing business models and transaction patterns which will both generate new revenue streams and reduce risks.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the design, development and implementation of new business models' in managed services.
Manage and coordinate transaction patterns' optimization, design and implementation.
Conduct market/industry research to determine market requirements for existing and future business models/transaction patterns in managed services industry.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
Develop and implement plans and solutions for new and existing projects of new business models
Promote/branding new business models at forums, at conferences and on media.
Liaise and work with media and industry analysts.
Monitor, review and report on all competitors' new business models, transaction patterns.
Create marketing presentations, articles and whitepapers that related to business models
Monitor other B2B industries' best practices and introduce them to the management
Education and Experience
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Experience in all aspects of developing and managing business models/transaction patterns
Financial skills (Financial planning and analysis, project financial accounting, international transaction deal experience, ROI/NPV analysis (assets related or leasing), pro-forma analysis/financial modelling-at least experience in two of these areas.)
Technical marketing skills, business development experience.
10+ years working experience in the IT & Telecommunications industry
Experience in Professional Services, ITO or Managed Services is an advantage
