Recruitment Advisor required for our mobile telecommunications client.
The HR, communications and facilities team all work together to ensure the company is well supported to deliver our corporate objectives.
The team works across all areas of the business to:
- Ensure all people related issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, working through HR shared services where necessary
- Deliver effective and engaging communications
The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for managing the resourcing services and supporting the HR manager in delivering wider people agenda.
The role is a contract role for 6 months to manage the re-tendering and outsourcing of recruitment to a MSP:-
- Manage the day to day co-ordination of resourcing activities (perm and contract recruitment and contractor renewals) until the recruitment MSP is appointed
- Support the appointment and outsourcing of recruitment MSP
- Support the outsource of our training MSP - Knowledge Pool has been selected. The role is responsible for managing the transition to the new provider
- Create, implement and embed processes, guidelines and documentation for recruitment and training MSP
- Update a number of HR policies
- Support development of employer brand and behaviours
- Support the creation and population of HR database
We are looking for someone with experience of managing recruitment campaigns and developing selection and assessments tools. Experience of managing budgets and cost allocation and to be able to work with limited supervision and use initiative to solve problems.
