GRADUATE PROGRAMME - INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE ORGANISATION
Our client an International Financial Services organisation are seeking Graduates from a IS/Computer related degree to join their team and gain experience working on International Project. You will get exposure to various technologies, mainly Cobol/Mainframe platform and learn how to code. You will also get exposure to web services technologies. You will be joining a team of 200+ developers throughout the duration of the employment.
This is a chance to work with the best developers in Ireland on various high visibility projects. Initially you will be joining the company on a contract basis with a high likelihood that will either become extended or converted to permanent employment.
You will be as passionate and enthusiastic developer who brings fresh ideas to the table and is always eager to learn. This company will feed your desires to be successful. You should also thrive in an autonomous environment and have proven experience to show this.
The culture within this organisation is quite easy going however please do not mistake this for not producing results. If you need formal structure and a manager who is on top of your tasks - this will not be the place for you.
