UX Designer Consultant
Deliver user experience and highest quality of IT solutions for internal needs of the company. Prepare expert analysis, prepare and conduct usability tests. Work as a part of international project teams.
Work with development team to ensure the product fulfills customer expectations
Analyze current IT solutions in order to improve them
Select appropriate user research methods
Work with various teams within the organization to gain understanding of project goals and user needs
Translate research findings into specific, prioritized recommendations
Design interactions
Create compelling and meaningful experiences for users
Apply user research techniques (such as contextual inquiry, in-depth interview) and conduct usability tests as needed to understand user behavior and expectations
Design information architecture
Promote user-centered design process throughout the organization
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees
Minimum 3-year experience presented in a portfolio in the following fields:
HCI, UX and usability
Interaction design (Axure and/or others which you prefer)
Qualitative and quantitative research
Conducting training and presentations
Fluent in English (everyday contacts with international team/clients) and readiness to travel abroad (western Europe and USA).
