We’re a small team of engineers and designers building software for the massive, socially engaged market of millennial parents. Our goal is to make an essential utility that helps moms and dads build and conserve time for what matters most - their families.

We’re committed to fast and thoughtful planning, continuous deployment, minimal technical debt and zero bureaucracy. We hire people based on talent, potential, attitude and thinking style because we want our collective brain power to exceed the sum of its parts. We believe in freedom and responsibility, so we offer top of market salary and equity packages, comprehensive health benefits, flexible schedules, and most importantly, the opportunity to join a small team of amazing people at work helping families live happier, simpler lives.

About You
  • You set high standards for yourself. You take pleasure in solving difficult, nuanced user experience problems in the simplest, most elegant way.
  • You’re an abstract thinker.
  • You’re able to deconstruct complex problems into their component issues and create novel solutions.
  • You’re self-directed. Once you’ve got something, we don’t have to worry about it.
  • You’re thirsty. You’ve written and shipped at least one iOS app, and you understand the dynamics of the development environment and ecosystem, but you’re eager to push the envelope further.
  • You’re friendly. You’re the kind of person other people like to be around.

  • About the Position
