Description
Currently I am recruiting a contractor for a Tier1 Bank in Zurich. The project length will be 6 months. Start-date is middle of September.We are looking for a very experienced "Banking Project Manager" with a fundamental understanding of IT, a very good knowledge of financial instruments and superb project management skills also in terms of team management, social skills and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project deliveries across streams
- Collaborate with team members to define deliverables and milestones
- Manage project financially and resource plans
- Facilitate prioritisation process with BAs and platform leads
- Provide frequent visibility of progress and achievements to stakeholders
- Track delivery progress with implementation teams to enable visibility of status across multi-site delivery team
- Establish business benefit plans and track realization of these
Experience:
- Proven track record of agile IT project delivery
- Strong experience delivering in to Front Office in a financial services environment
- Experience managing complex projects with dependencies across teams
- Prior experience of budget management and control
- Experience planning, tracking and reporting project status
