Description
I have a requirement for a Scientific Medical Writer on an initial 6 month contract position for Scientific Medical Writer with specific expertise in publications and therapeutic area experience in diabetes and metabolism. The Medical Writing role can be done remotely for a major pharma.The medical writer is responsible for providing scientifically accurate publications (abstracts, posters, oral presentation or manuscript).
Requirements:
-A minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical Publications/Scientific Communications is a requirement
-Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) MS in biomedical discipline considered
-Understanding of good publication practices and guidance (GPP2, ICMJE), Sunshine Act, Pharma Code
-Facilitate decision making during the planning and execution of publications through effective alignment across key stakeholders which could include physicians/clinicians, researchers, biostatisticians, key local market medical team members, or Health economic outcome scientists.
