Title - Cash App Support Analyst
Client - Investment Bank
Role - 12 month contract
Rate - £600/day
Location - London, Canary Wharf

My client is looking for a Cash eTrading App Support Analyst to join their Global Client Support team within Credit Application Management. The App Support Analyst will act as level 1 and 2 Support to the traders. The primary role of the Support Analyst will be to work with the traders and maintain the Production systems. This will consist of trouble shooting and minor bug fixes.

An important factor for this role is to have a strong Credit Cash knowledge and is therefore imperative for this role.

The London team size is 5 with a further 11 off-shore and the team is growing. The role is on a 12 month rolling contract basis.

The successful Application Support Analyst will need to have the following ESSENTIAL knowledge and skills -

- Strong Credit Cash knowledge from an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Asset Management
- Strong knowledge of Cash eTrading (ION platform, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, Bondvision, Market Axess, etc…) and bond pricing
- Been responsible for 1st and 2nd line support dealing with traders
- Excellent communication as will be having to talk to all levels of Technology and the business
- Technical skills on Unix and SQL for trouble shooting and minor big fixes
