Description
I am working with a large NHS trust who require an E-Prescribing Project Manager:They need to be able to:
- Allow clinicians to prescribe chemotherapy electronically using approved protocols
- Minimise/ replace the use of paper prescriptions across the Trust
- Facilitate the capture of data relating to the National Systemic Anti - Cancer Therapy dataset
- Provide an auditable record of all chemotherapy prescribed and administered
- Support reporting for national and local purposes
The Project Manager will also:
- The Role of the Project Manager will be to support the Trustwide rollout and co-ordinate a multi-functional project team to deliver project objectives.
- The successful candidate will be expected to formulate project plans, monitor and manage risks and issues and liaise with clinical, non clinical and project staff to ensure that the product (and any ongoing development) is fully tested and fit for use within all relevant clinical settings.
- With an excellent eye for detail, methodical and adaptable approach you will be able to manage all phases of the project lifecycle and ensure sustainable adoption of the system by end users within agreed timeframes.
