My client, a global investment bank, is looking to bring on board a Credit Risk Reporting Analyst on a contract basis.Role Summary:
- As part of Credit Risk BSE, this reporting & governance contract role will support the EMEA Credit Risk team, providing flexibility to cover additional tasks as necessary, through gathering input and requirements to deliverables, facilitation and coordination, management and tracking in multiple areas.
Requirements:
Essential -
- Reporting experience either within Finance or Risk
- Numerate / ability to understand investment banking metrics both financial and risk based including, loan and trading portfolio analysis
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to track and manage deliverables to deadline
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Initiative and lateral thinking to identify and resolve potential issues
- Strong Microsoft Office skills - PowerPoint, Excel (inc formulae, vLookups, pivots charts), Word, MSProject (or equivalent)
- Ability to work in a complex, global environment with teams located throughout the Europe, US and Asia
- Ability to work with people at all levels; junior associates to senior executives
Preferred -
- Understanding of credit risk management
- Experience in a global financial institution, preferably in investment banking
