. Excellent human relations and effective communication skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside of department
. Proven strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time to meet goals or deadlines
. Strong problem solving ability with the confidence to take appropriate risk in decision-making
. 2-3 years of human resources experience and have progressed through various human resources positions
. PeopleSoft 8.9 experience
. Taleo experience
. Microsoft Office
. Experience in Recruiting
. Must be able to develop and recommend solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity.
