Work with Communication/Change Management Lead to provide communication support for a complex global program

Responsibilities
  • Using a variety of media, prepare communication products to raise awareness with target audiences, support effective team collaboration, and help prepare the organization for change. Deliver crisp clear newsletter articles. Prepare compelling presentations. Synthesize complex program information into easy-to-consume informative materials. Produce brief video messages from senior leaders. Develop plasma screen program ads.
  • Help manage the communication plan.
  • Help maintain the SharePoint web site. Refresh content regularly, gather and post updates from workstream leads, and manage the program feedback mechanisms.
  • Cultivate good working relationships to ensure an in-depth understanding of key program activities, clarify priorities, help mitigate risks, and close communication gaps.
  • Anticipate challenges and address them proactively to protect deliverables.
SKILLS:

Qualifications
  • Educational Requirement B.S. required, preferably in communications, English, or related field. M.S. preferred.
  • A background in Journalism/Communications preferred
Experience
  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience developing top-notch communication products in a large, complex organization.
  • Experience in healthcare/Pharma sector a big plus.
Skills
  • Writes exceptionally well. Clear concise language. Correct grammar and punctuation. No fluff, corporate speak, or vagueness
  • Conveys complex information clearly and simply with text and graphics.
  • Creative and great sense of style with document, slide, and web site layout. Uses graphics effectively.
  • Highly proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint. Knowledge of graphics and video formats.
  • Works well in a team-based environment and with multiple stakeholders. Global/international experiences a plus. Sensitive to different cultures and work styles.
  • Very responsive to manager and team members.
  • Can manage multiples priorities in a demanding fast-paced environment.
  • Anticipates risks and manages them proactively.
  • Knowledge of change management principles a plus.
