Pure Resourcing Solutions are delighted to supporting this dynamic and high profile position on a 3 to 4 month contract. This role is responsible for supporting the business to run as efficiently and effectively as possible by driving opportunities for process improvement.Key responsibilities:
- Using Lean techniques, you will be responsible for identifying and driving process improvement ideas forward with the business, evaluating business benefits and solution sustainability post implementation
- Dealing with complex queries from the business and using them as a way to improve service
- Communicating with the business on service improvements in their area, develop support and providing progress updates
- Identification and agreement of any processes that need to be transferred within the organisation or outsourced to third parties
- Demonstrating service excellence in response to process queries and service improvement ideas
- Ability to support solution designs where relevant (eg simplifying data manipulation or reporting in Excel)
- Sharing your process improvement experience with other members of the team to help them develop.
Person Specification:
- Ideally a graduate with minimum of two A levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Evidenced experience of delivering multiple Lean process improvements
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to monitor and report on progress
- Project management/change management exposure or experience is desirable
- Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Visio
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, preferably skilled in working with Macros and working with data.
