Description
Excell is an integrated platform to support the order to invoice processes (sales channels) of our client. The Excell program consists out of the build of Excell platform, the migration of the current sales channels towards Excell and the setup of a competence centre to support operational phase. The program is currently in build phase with projected realization may 2015. In parallel to the build, the migration requirements & approach will be defined. In total 14-16 sales channels will be migrated to Excell. The project manager will write, manage and execute migration plan's for the sales channels.Responsibilities:
The Project Manager is the end-responsible for delivering a qualitative project within budget and timing, according to the ICT methodology valid within our client.
Migration project .
Mitigate project risk by proactively recognizing and communicating challenges, managing changes and providing contingency plans that enable customer success.
Assure that engagements are delivered in accordance with ICT's Implementation Methodology to ensure successful execution and overall customer satisfaction.
Continually seek opportunities to increase Customer Satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization.
Technical skills:
- You have completed all steps in a project yourself, from design to rollout.
- Good knowledge of project management
- (Certified) PMI or PrinceII;
- Strong technical background (must have an strong IT experience;)
- Thorough functional knowledge of order to invoice processes
