Requirements and Skills
*Strong experience in COBOL programming.
*Knowledge of IBM mainframe / DB2 infrastructure.
*SQL knowledge
*Office tools
*Able to convert functional design descriptions into technical implementations.
Advantage:
*Unit testing techniques
*Design patterns
*C# .net basis
*Software Design Life Cycle methodology
Experience:
Analytical skills to structure requirements before implementing the solution.
Preferable Experience with insurance/banking applications
