Contact Centre/Infrastructure Consultant 6 Month + possible extensions - Long Term Contract Position Available - Large Enterprise Infrastructure Environment - Richmond/Burnley Location

We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Architect with specific Cisco/NICE (preferred recording technology) experience for one of our clients based in the Richmond/Burnley area. Avaya skills highly regarded.

This role is a unique opportunity to interface between a Systems Integrator and the end Client as a trusted advisor. You will provide independent reviews of secure, highly available CC Solutions that optimise operating costs over the life of the systems and IT infrastructure. You will provide senior strategic support of the organisations's extended Voice Services using high level technical expertise and experience. You will develop/review technical designs, test requirements and strategy for business and functional requirements, and Review UCCE Contact Centre design, IVR (Core and AVP Integration), NICE Call Recording upgrade and integration, NICE WFM upgrade and integration, Outbound Dialler integration, numbering plan, voice gateways, Unified Computing System and VMware requirements, call processing and features, Low Level System Design documents, Application Design documents, Cisco A2Q design process, Migration Plan, Acceptance Test Plans, telephony detailing and user guides.

Essential Background, Experience and Qualifications:
Qualifications in Telecommunications or Communications Engineering or relevant 7 years of hands on Technical/Voice/Contact centre specific experience.
Extensive experience in the architecture, design and operation of Cisco Contact Centres.
NICE Call Recording experience.
Cisco UCCM - for overseas locations.
Avaya experience
Ability to work autonomously within a team environment including demonstrated ability to document programs and processes.
 Good organisational skills, interpersonal skills and customer focus within a wide range of people
Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues, the business and additional stakeholders both internal and external.
Have a proactive and positive 'can-do-attitude'.
Outstanding communication skills - written and oral
Previous experience working within a large IT infrastructure in a voice capacity
