My client, a private healthcare provider, is looking to recruit an Interim Employee Relations/HR Manager to work across the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire and Coventry area
My client is specifically looking for people with strong ER experience in a challenging, fast paced environment. The interim will work on a project basis to turnaround a small number of care homes, supported by the HR Manager and advisor for the relevant region. This could include leading disciplinaries, dealing with investigations, managing sickness & absence issues, coaching managers on ER and employee relationship management
Candidates will preferably have healthcare experience, be able to work on their own, be self-directed, have great initiative, compassion and a firm handle on detail, investigation, ER, disciplinary and absence. You will have excellent HR generalist experience as well as being CIPD qualified. Coaching skills to work with Home Managers to encourage good practice, improve moral & engagement is also highly desirable.
