Corporate and Private Equity Advisory - Acquisition, Divestment and Restructures

My client is looking for a management consultant with experience from either industry, advisory or audit backgrounds to advise their clients which are equity firms

As part of our team you will:

  • Work on some of the highest-profile deals in EMEA, spanning a broad range of industry sectors
  • Sell, manage and deliver buy- and sell-side transaction services across the deal life cycle
  • Advise and support senior management in corporate and private equity firms to help realise deal value.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sell, manage and deliver engagements including operations and separation due diligence, carve-outs/separation planning, synergy assurance, post-merger integration and operational restructuring/cost reduction
  • Provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations to the client by leveraging your operations and commercial experience
  • Lead meetings with senior client stakeholders to advise, shape and drive the strategy and planning for integration, carve-out/separation and operational restructuring
  • Manage large & complex multi-vendor, multi-geography operational programmes
  • Take ownership for Quality and Risk Management (Q&RM) to ensure client work is delivered consistently and in compliance with Ernst & Young's quality standards
  • Lead and manage internal practice development including development of tools, accelerators, methodologies and market propositions
  • Take responsibility for one or more areas of internal team management
  • Become an active counsellor, coach and role model to junior team members.
