Description

The successful candidate should have some practical and recent IT support work experience, be degree educated. - Ideally related to either IT or financial markets. You should have a knowledge of IT support processes and a keen interest in financial markets, as well as a good understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems

Brief description of the day to day duties.

1. Processing AESP Form 10's ie Receiving, logging, forwarding to relevant sponsors, hastening (where necessary), and providing responses to the originator.
2. Liaising as necessary with various Originators and sponsors to reach a conclusion to each AESP Form 10.
3. Liaising with stakeholders as necessary on all AESP Form 10 related matters.
4. Collating and presenting AESP Form 10 data on request.
5. Maintaining the throughput of AESP Form 10s and associated responses within the stipulated timeframe;
a. Respond to sender within 48 hrs of initial receipt.
b. Process and deliver to the appropriate Sponsor within 48 hrs of initial receipt.
c. Inform the initiator of the Sponsor's response within 48 hrs of receipt (from sponsor).
6. Maintain the AESP Form 10 Master database on a daily basis, ensuring that backlogs are no greater than 2 and Produce Monthly KPIs
