We have a permanent vacancy available for an IT Support Officer who has previously worked in a retail or very similar environment. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in a dynamic and growing business. With a great office culture they are looking for someone vibrant to join their team. If you are a skilled Technical Support officer who has solid experience providing 1st and 2nd level support then this could be the role for you!

Essential Experience

  • Retail hardware support (eg barcode, fingerprint readers)
  • 1st and 2nd level hardware/software troubleshooting including desktop/laptop/tablet and printers
  • PC building and deployment
  • Windows 7, Group Policies, MDM and other administration tools
  • Apple product troubleshooting
  • Remote assistance tools
  • Meeting strict SLAs

You will have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated and passionate about providing top customer service. In addition, experience in the retail industry is preferred.
