I am actively recruiting for a Compliance Officer (Bilingual Czech/Polish) for an Online Trading Brokerage Firm (AML, KYC, Compliance, Polish and Czech) - London Based.
Contract Position in the City of London
As a Compliance Officer (AML, KYC, Compliance, Polish and Czech) you must have the following experience:
- Must be able to speak Polish or Czech.
- Previous experience within an AML or KYC role.
- Banking/Financial experience.
- The ability to adapt to change.
- Willing to learn new skills within a pressured environment.
As a Compliance Officer (AML, KYC, Compliance, Polish and Czech) the purpose of the role will be as follows:
- Handling with PRC Complaints ensuring they are handled in accordance with internal policies.
- Review and approve partner applications.
- Review and approve PRC financial promotions.
- To ensure daily queries from other departments are addresses in a timely and effective manner.
- Escalate all concerns and issues to Senior Compliance Officer's as appropriate.
- To support Monitoring team in undertaking PRC AML/Call monitoring reviews.
- Provide support with Ad Hoc tasks/projects in the department.

In terms of the team - The compliance team is an area of growth and of great importance given the nature of the business. The team are very open and work in unison to ensure that the day to day activities/expectations of the unit are achieved. The manager, has a strong background in Financial Markets and likes people to be open and team focused, he likes people who can demonstrate a desire to learn and develop their understanding within compliance and believes in career progression through meritocracy.
