My exclusive banking client is currently recruiting for an Innovation Manager to join their Digital Innovation team in London.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

- Insight/Research/Analysis
- Innovation
- Process Models/Maps

Key responsibilities of the role:

* Build insight, research and analyse leading digital trends, helping turn market trends and competitor insight into compelling recommendations and case studies
* Gather and document business and stakeholder related process and engagement through workshops, interviews, storyboards, use cases and other methods
* Produces complex process models and maps (included key KPIS)
* Manage engaging stakeholders, preparing for and facilitating workshops, capturing and distributing output, assessing commercial implications and making recommendations to relevant governing bodies
* Support the team in ideation, strategy and various innovation activities
* Support working sessions specialising in idea generation, creativity techniques to uncover new ideas/opportunities which support business strategies

Financial services experience is ideal but not essential
