Description
For our client based in Colombia we are currently looking for a technical project manager
Languages: English (good level), Spanish (fluent)
Profile:
- Discuss & clarify business requirements with business teams
- Should be able to oversee overall project plan and map them to day-to-day level tasks which need to be performed.
- Have design & project execution discussions on daily basis with ServiceNow technical team (based in India). Should have ability to work remotely over phone, mails etc
- Manage the technical project team in implementing the solution based on the design
- Provide and troubleshoot early warnings on known Implementation issues
- Should have integration experience of ServiceNow with SAP modules (SAP MasterData, SAP CRM & Microsoft AD)
- Should be able to package the deliverables in ServiceNow
- Define test cases and test scripts for ServiceNow. Should be able to develop unit test cases for testing the solution components
- Must have training abilities (train-the-trainer concept). He/She needs to deliver training to business teams in person
- Should be able to bring up product issues that will help interface with the product vendor (ServiceNow) to seek technical clarifications on product related issues faced
- Able to support business teams during the acceptance testing phase
- Develop, review and deliver all the documentation that has to be delivered as part of the program
- Perform quality reviews of all the deliverables and certify them
- Log all the defects and track them to closure
