As a Senior Java Developer you must have a good understanding of web services and Back End interaction. The perfect skill set is 30% Front End, 50% Web Services, and 20% Back End. This position requires good communication skills and willingness to mentor less experienced developers. If you have a passion for developing, this may be a great opportunity for you.
