PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The main responsibility of the role is to coordinate, support and maintain market sensing applications including major service module monitoring.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the day-to-day support and coordinate users with operation / development team of existing applications
Must have good understanding about basics web application internals and database, network knowledge will be a plus
Service desk requests
Frequent business trip
EDUCATION:
Degree in a Business or Computer related discipline.

Ability to liaise with internal and external customers at all levels
Self starter, able to work under own initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Good documentation skills
Ability to handle frequent business trip request
Well presented, professional and dedicated
Good team player
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES (Optional):
Basic programming skills (.net, java)
HTML, XML, Javascript, CSS
Database skills (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years I.T. experience preferably with in a large and challenging multi-national organization
Basic experience in any web application (asp.net, java, php) development / operation
