SAP HCM Architect - Talent Processes in Poland for 12 -24 months contract.

Whitehall Resources is currently recruiting for:

SAP HCM Architect Talent Processes for our Client in Poland for 12 -24 months contract.

Main duties of this role are to Designs architecture of new solutions in the area of PM/CM/STM. 

  • Performs support for the SAP PM/CM/STM by responding to support desk tickets, tracking problems/issues, and following up with customers.
  • Performs upgrades to SAP & other internally developed business systems.
  • Gathers, analyzes and documents business and functional requirements.
  • Translate needs of the business, such as those expressed in user Change Requests, into applicable system design solutions via prototyping, configuration.
  • Performs configuration, testing and implementation of application solutions Defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
  • Assist in providing estimates of task effort and resource skills needed.
  • Works in a global environment with strong ability to interface with colleagues and customers across different time zones and cultures.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues on blueprinting new developments and entire life cycle through post implementation support. Interface with SAP developers to create program documents and ensure integrity of design and performance.

 Required:

Minimum 4 years general knowledge of SAP HCM modules.

Good knowledge of ABAP, OO and WebDynpro.

Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, and support applications.

Knowledge of change control as it relates to application systems.

Analytical, logical problem resolution skills.

Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Programming skills in SAP HR is nice to have.

Good knowledge of business processes in SAP HR in developer ABAP role is nice to have

Good knowledge of Performance management, Compensation management, Succession talent management is nice to have.
