For a client of ours in the telecom industry, we are looking for a Billing Application Analyst.
Start date: ASAP
Project duration: till end of the year, with high possibility of extension
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Languages: English. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
Job content
The job is situated in the Billing domain within Information Technology Services department.
You will be part of the team which is responsible for the development and support of IT solutions for billing.
As functional application analyst of our Customer Oriented Billing system, you will be responsible for the translation of the IT and business needs to functional specifications on which you also make a cost calculation.
On a project based way, you are creatively looking at different solutions. You will ensure a clear and structured documentation and this both to the users and to the developers and testers. You give the necessary functional support to colleagues and users.
Profile
You are a Bachelor or Master in Informatics or equal by experience
Experience: at least 4 years in IT
You have experience as analyst in a complex IT environment.
Functional knowledge of billing is an advantage.
