Description

We are looking for an experienced marketer, a self-starter, able to manage campaign implementation including advertising production, supplying creative in various formats to relevant media including press and digital, website delivery, experience in campaign evaluation, supplier management, budgeting and achieving value for money.
Experience in developing and running consumer marketing campaigns
Experience of working with websites and digital marketing
Experience of managing a collection of agencies to deliver one consistent, effective campaign: media planning, media buying, creative agency (how to get the best out of agencies, including value for money)
Ability to assess good creative work
Attention to detail in production, technical specifications and working to tight deadlines
Links marketing deliverables to business objectives
Understanding of and experience in marketing evaluation - in terms of response metrics, website analysis, Google analytics, qual and quant research techniques and ROI measures
Able to react swiftly to optimise marketing campaigns to get the best return on investment
Financial management and budgeting skills
Sound judgement, effective decision making and demonstrating personal accountability
Building others' trust in your own professionalism, integrity, expertise and ability to get results

You must have an excellent grounding in consumer marketing communications.
