RESULT AREAS
1. Network Mutations
- Taking care for inspections for customers, taking the internal and external rules and guidelines and formal laws in account, so the security of the working locations remains guaranteed.
- Knowledge of Ericsson 2G and 3G
- Operational Network Knowledge
- Detailed operational customer knowledge eg Vodafone and KPN equipment
- Configuration knowledge.
- Knowledge of built acceptance for both customers VDF and KPN
- Testing network elements for both vendors VDF and KPN.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Number of visited locations
- Random samples on quality
- Examination by physical means
Additional information:
- No climbing will be required, the engineers will only go on rooftops.
- Civil Works knowledge is required.
- Site Acceptance knowledge is required.
- MBO education with at least some experience in field work (of any kind) in the mobile communication.
- The position requires working on site. VCA certificate, working on heights certificates needed.
- Dutch language knowledge is required, English is a plus.
2. Technical advice
Gives asked and unasked advice and information to stakeholders to support well considered decisions about maintenance and investments.

3. Product improvement
Taking care of registrations of disturbances and other maintenance tasks in the network, unasked or asked by the supervisor, to support product improvement.

FUNCTION LEVEL: EXPERIENCED
KNOWLEDGE
- At least LBO+ or MTS work and thinking level.
- Technical knowledge basic electro and telecom technique
- Little experience of E-examinations
- Little knowledge of ARBO
- Some years of experience within own task area
COMPLEXITY
- Owns a wide overview and insight of tasks and is able to delegate this.
- Spreads information within the department.
- Shows clear leadership within the team.
- Shows strong knowledge of the subject.
IMPACT
- Partly delegated to prevent disturbances in the network.
- Responsible for execution of preventive tasks to overcome problems at further delivery
- Is responsible at the end for E-examinations
