Job Responsibilities
Storage Engineer who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance, upkeep, capacity management, and upgrades to the SAN and NAS infrastructure
Manage backups and backup policy for SAN and NAS environments
Review and update storage policies as needed
Plan, execute and document updates and upgrades to the storage environment
Remediate vulnerabilities in the storage environment as necessary
Track capacity management and trends within the environment
Strong Exposure on DS C56 series, 4000,5000,SVC, v7000 and NAS.C56 C56
Strong Exposure on SVC, Storwise v7000, DS8000, 4700, ,5100 and NAS technologies
Strong Exposure on NDMP backups
Strong Exposure on IBM storage solutions
