Hourly/Salary Conversion: to $60 W2/$70 Corp-to-Corp
ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is searching for a Senior EDI Technical Business Analyst for a Contract opportunity in Irving, TX. The Senior EDI Technical Business Analyst will act as the liaison between technical and business units on a key project at our clients. In this role, the Healthcare IT Project/Process Manager with EDI will function as a quasi-systems analyst-project manager to document and manage project milestones including design, development, delivery, and implementation of .NET-based software applications.
The Senior EDI Technical Business Analyst will work our closely with our client's key stakeholders (internal and external) to gather business requirements for Healthcare Benefits applications. Due to the different state regulations, the Senior EDI Technical Business Analyst must have a deep understanding of 834 EDI transactions. The Senior EDI Technical Business Analyst will read requirements and put them into functional and technical specifications for development teams. The Senior EDI Technical Business Analyst will be in close contact with all units in the development process ensuring proper feedback is taking place on both sides.
Due to the technical nature of this role, an EDI Developer who wants to get out of coding would fit into this position very well.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Interfaces/Knowledge of EDI Processes
Expert-Level Knowledge of 834 EDI Transactions
Software Specification/Requirements Gathering
Creating of Technical and Functional Specifications
Software Development Project Documentation/Process Analysis
Project Tracking - Project Plans/Action Items/Milestones
Software Development Process Management
Constant Communication with Stakeholders/Technical Teams
Excellent English - Written/Verbal
