Service Desk Engineer (2nd Line) - 3 Months contract+ - Central London

My client has an immediate requirement to fill the gap for a Service Desk Engineer, to come on board for a contract term lasting at least 3 months (subject to possible extension or permanent placement thereafter). You will essentially be supporting 1st and 2nd line support to my client's retail and non-retail operations.
Required experience:
- 2 years experience in a Service Desk role supporting multi-site environments
- Strong retail and online exposure

- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Technical expertise in supporting the following:

  • Windows R2
    2. Windows Terminal Services/Citrix Desktop
    3. Active Directory
    4. Exchange 2010
    5. Office
    6. Group Policies
    7. Citrix Xen App / Desktop
  • VoIP
  • Ghost Imaging
    Desired skills:
    1. ITIL Foundation
    2. HDI

    FYI: The candidate will be working on a shift based contract splitting time between the main office in Milton Keynes and Central London.
