The canciste needs to have Strong Oracle Apps R12 Order Management and Service concepts, tables and workflows.
Commercial experience Oracle PL/SQL, XML reports, Form Personalization with good communication skills
Has to have a technical/techno-functional expert in his/her area
Development of RICE components/bug fixes
Unit testing
Strong communication skills are key
