My client a leading telecommunications provider based in Brisbane is looking for a call centre consultant to join their team on an initial 4 month contract basis with extension options.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Cold calling existing customers to inform them of technology updates and roll outs.
- Document results of communications with customers.
- Assistance with compilation of reports.
- Record keeping in relation to roll out plans.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers.
- Ability to work with MS Office suite (Word/Excel etc.) ie know how to use spreadsheets and advanced functions.
- Technical or Call centre experience
- Some technical understanding. May need to communicate with Technical Managers and help resolve technical issues.
