My client a leading telecommunications provider based in Brisbane is looking for a call centre consultant to join their team on an initial 4 month contract basis with extension options.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Cold calling existing customers to inform them of technology updates and roll outs.
  • Document results of communications with customers.
  • Assistance with compilation of reports.
  • Record keeping in relation to roll out plans.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers.
  • Ability to work with MS Office suite (Word/Excel etc.) ie know how to use spreadsheets and advanced functions.
  • Technical or Call centre experience
  • Some technical understanding. May need to communicate with Technical Managers and help resolve technical issues.
