Description
I am currently recruiting for a highly skilled, SC Cleared Mechanical Engineer for a large Public Sector department near Salisbury on a 2 year contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long term contract within one of the most respected departments within the UK.
You will need to be knowledgeable in the various computational methods used for hydrdynamic and fluid mechanics and possess an excellent understanding of hydrodynamic and hydroacoustic principles. You will also need proven experience in analysis, testing and evaluation of towed underwater systems and proven experience in computational fluid dynamics modelling. You will also need current SC Clearance owing to the nature of the role.
You will be required to participate in an international project arrangement (PA) and advising on a Technical Demonstrator Programme (TDP). Owing to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel internationally at times.
