Advantage Resourcing are recruiting for our client who is one of the largest technology companies in the UK. We are looking for a Retail consultant who can make a difference to our clients digital appliance business across all stores.
The ideal candidate will have a creative flair along with being able to deliver the following:
*Project Manage DA Category Critical Path and set up Process and Templates to support the team in working to best practice to achieve new Category management plan and omni-channel strategies.
*Set up and manage Maintenance Contract and implement clear process for best in class field efficiency
*Put in place processes for Field force management: POS management, POS management process, Retail KPI
*Develop and implement with Retail Management Consultant and Head of Category & Shopper new retail guidelines that drive consistency and deliver against customer experience, sales & premium brand ambitions
*Develop and implement a new Store in Store (SIS) concepts in key retailers
*Lead the development and roll out of a new retail store plans
*Support with flagship launches - WW9000, FSR and prep for Upright, Chef collection
*Devise Omni channel strategy and cascade to trade marketing based on Category plan
*Build a consistent brand experience in store across all product categories (formulate a process structure and templates to ensure consistent and efficient execution). Short, medium and long term plans will be essential in this objective
*Responsible for implementing the Winning In Store Principles with retailers taking the lead from the shopper/category insights manager
*Prepare and agree all retail contracts to ensure displays are hard linked to the commercial agreements
*Ensure all fixtures and in-store displays are compliant and maintained
*Step change DA (Digital Appliance) Brand performance by bringing the brand proposition to life in retail
Key Performance Indicators
*Roll out new DA brand guidelines that are supported and implemented by all divisions and corporate stakeholders
*Retail compliance with new guidelines as measured by merchandisers & mystery shopping
*Implementation of retail plans
*Relationship and value added to product divisions and retail partners as measured by 360 reviews
*Own relationship with HQ Marketing
*Financial & customer experience associated with branded channels as measured by Dealer Attitude Survey (DAS)
Main Responsibilities
*Work with Brand agencies to develop and expand new retail guidelines that deliver against our clients retail ambitions for DA. (Consistency, Customer experience, Brand engagement & Loyalty & Sales)
*Work across DA Product and TV/AV divisions and retail partners to ensure compliance with retail guidelines.
*Brief Field Force Manager to deliver divisional goals in retail through a team of brand ambassadors that attend to merchandising, training and brand evangelism.
*Building relationships with customers and channel to create retail partnerships and opportunities for brand differentiation and growth in retail.
*Work closely with trade marketing team to support retail execution of Integrated Marketing Campaigns.
*Ownership of execution phase of allocated retail projects - including design and build guideline, merchandising requirements, in store comms and shopper journey, underpinned by retail management strategy, store mapping, regional clustering and sku optimization by key retailer.
*Deliver demonstrable ROI through a series of premium in-store shop fits and installations to create retail theatre (this is lacking in the MDA category generally) in line with the DA divisional goals and brand direction - Shop in Shop, Branded showcases etc.
*Assist product teams in delivering in-store executions for key products in multi-brand environments. Manage the clients internal and external retail and shopfit agencies to deliver all projects on time and in budget including:
-Meticulous review of work
-Ensure all gaps and budgetary requirements are taken into account from beginning of any project
-Detailed project management throughout all projects
-Identify issues and find solutions before problems arise
