Description
The ideal candidate will have Previous NHS contract management experience, using the NHS standard contracts and preferably e-contract system.
Previous NHS contract management experience and working knowledge, particularly for acute/community contracts. Monitoring of contracts including activity, finance, quality and performance. Attendance at/chairing of contract management meetings. Review and negotiation of contracts. Use of contract levers as appropriate.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
- Managing supplier relationships, adherence to KPIs and continually assessing quality of service and/or product to ensure effective, value for money delivery from the supply chain;
- Negotiating contracts and managing tenders;
- Holding supplier forums to proactively engage the network and keep up to date with developments in the industry;
- Preparing monthly reports and working closely with internal and/or external stakeholders to evaluate customer needs
