Description
Experienced SAP Basis expert needed to analyse the current enterprise SAP monitoring solution based on HP Openview and ensure that there is a simple standard operating procedure available behind every alert.
You should be well versed in and/or have experience of SAP Solution Manager and of an SAP Operations Competency Centre.
Individual needs to ensure the analysis produces procedures that prevent simple alerts being passed to higher value BASIS support teams and that a standard fix procedure can be developed and given to 1st line support staff to resolve the appropriate issues without the need to raise a formal ticket and escalate.
There is likely to be travel to India to train and ensure 1st line support staff can execute newly developed procedures.
