IT Security/Risk Consultant - Major Bank Canary Wharf £500My client, a leading Global top Tier Bank is looking for an IT Security/Risk Consultant to join an exciting new project for 6 months.
Rate: a day
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Canary Wharf
Role
To provide internal information security consultancy services to the banks Information Security & Risk teams as well as business representatives relating to the delivery of Information Security projects, programmes and remediation initiatives within the Bank.
Experience needed
- Previous experience of broad Information Security internal / external consultancy including process management and technology advisory.
- Previous experience of Information Security internal / external security assessments such as internal audit, control reviews. These could also include delivery of ISAE3402, BITS, ISO27001 reviews etc.
- Experience of working in relevant market / context i.e. Financial Services.
- Past experience in a relevant role / capacity.
- Demonstrable experience of enabling senior management and diverse stakeholders to work together to reach a consensus.
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e. CISM/CISSP would be highly desirable.
- Proven track record of project management and project delivery including the relevant tools to monitor project status.
- Experience of managing regular project reporting including designing, implementing and managing a regular update cycle and the associated status and RAG reporting. Preferably with experience of data visualisation reporting.
- Must have experience of three tier application architecture and the corresponding technologies associated with each tier.
- Should have experience of management of large data sets including programming / scripting and data visualisation languages. E.g. Python with Panda or R.
- Should have experience of threat analysis techniques and application security assessments including penetration testing techniques.
