Description
As the successful candidate you will have the following essential experience:
- Able to build good working relationships with clients and colleague
- Good organisational and project management skills (experience of managing digital projects is particularly desirable
- Demonstrate good verbal, written and professional skills, including experience of writing for the web
- Capable of representing communications, either alone or in support of Band A, in client meetings
You will also need to have SC Clearance or Counter Terrorism Check
On top of this experience you will also be expected to:
- Develop an overarching strategy for Legal Aid, Mediation and Litigants in Person communications
- Provide communications advice.
- Ensure a communication plan is agreed with clients, including evidence, objectives, milestones, channels, collateral, outcomes and evaluation
- Develop a joined-up, multi-channel content strategy and user-focused content propositions for all relevant channels (in print, online and in person) and audiences
- Identify user and business need scenarios
- Produce high-quality content in the right formats
- Choose the optimum content format for delivering and displaying content
- Work with digital teams and advice sector to design and deliver of high-quality, user-driven, engaging content
- Monitor the performance of content and tools, identifying ways to improve its effectiveness and iteratively improving channels
- Ensure appropriate policy and legal fact checking of content, compliance with statutory accessibility requirements and timely production and publishing
