Our client is market leading Pharmaceutical business. They currently have a number of exciting roles to join an established and creative development operation.

Role Description
My client is currently looking to recruit a Services Administrator, main duties of the role will include Android Application Development and Software Development from coding and testing.

Major Accountabilities:

*Receive and process customer requests for field service, or in-house repair
*Receive and process customer/field engineer request for parts
*Receive and process customer/field engineer visit reports
*Receive and process instrument supply requests
*Transmit information relative to pending field service calls to service engineers
*Process all service call activities on in-house computerised system
*Process request for hand piece repairs and quotations
*Process service agreements and quotations
*Control technical service parts inventory
*Produce quarterly department performance statistics
*Develop reports as directed by the Technical Services Manager
*Any other duties or projects as requested by the Line Manager commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility for this role, for which the associate has the necessary experience and/or training
