Job Description:
- Strong experience in technical design
- Create detailed process designs that are necessary to operate the new service on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap execution and operations of service
- Ensure detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification
- Working knowledge of Citrix and other application provisioning methods within a corporate environment
- Good knowledge based on RES Software products
- Good Knowledge of ITaaS process automation
- Knowledge of End User Computing
- Strong infrastructure knowledge based on Servers & networking, Virtualization technologies
Good knowledge on below skills required:
- API's
- XML
- SOAP
- Web Services
- PowerShell Scripting
