ECS Recruitment Group are currently looking for a IT Service Delivery Manager for a 12 month contract based in Central Dublin
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our Global IT partners at a time of growth and expansion.
Role Criteria;
- 10-15 years IT Industry experience
- Background in software development - 5 years+ (Mainframe, Java/.NET)
- 5 years+ recent PM experience (software development projects, full life cycle)
- Successful candidate will have managed software development projects on a continuous basis over the past 3 years
- At least 1 Web based SOA developments project
- Experienced overseeing/supporting a team of 10 people or more
- Have a technical awareness of architecture and associated technologies
- Ideally worked on at least one agile project, agile awareness is a must
Additional Criteria;
- Financial experience is preferential, preferably banking experience
- Ideally experienced in delivering projects using Self Services and Devices
- Ideally experienced managing multiple projects in parallel in a fast turnaround environment
- Experience of working with business and IT stakeholders
