Our client in Johns Creek, GA is seeking an experience PeopleSoft Technical Consultant for an exciting opportunity. As a Peoplesoft Technical Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the management team in providing leadership and technical consulting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written
- Provides leadership in the evaluation and recommendation of hardware and software solutions used throughout the industry for use at MST
REQUIRED:
- 10+ years PeopleTools experience including Application designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow
- Experience using XML Publisher and Integration Broker
- 7+ years' experience with Oracle or another relational database
- 7+ years SQL and SQR experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft Security in release 9.0 or higher 7+ years knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data and data model
- Experience with PeopleSoft eComp module a plus
- Experience reviewing new versions of PeopleSoft and recommending how to use new functionality to solve complex business problems
- Experience planning or designing data conversions or re-populating of operational databases
- Experience in Saas Applications like Taleo
- Experience working with external vendors and teams on integration of PeopleSoft with 3rd party applications
- Ability to Research existing software components and technology, explore design and infrastructure options, and recommend solutions based on customer requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements
- Proven ability to design, code and unit test highly complex projects
- Proven ability to identify developmental or design risks and action plans
- Ability to act as consultant on complex problems
